At Glitter Eco Lovers we’re on a quest to prove that glamour and sustainability can go hand in hand. This is the reason why our brand was founded in the first place, and this continues to be our mission and driving force in everything we do.

Since our founding in 2021 by Charlotte Bakke, we have been on a mission to revolutionize the beauty industry with eco-friendly products that don’t compromise on sparkle or style.

Why our product line is more sustainable:

We have developed a product line of party makeup featuring biodegradable glitter derived from eucalyptus cellulose. Many people don’t realize this, but regular glitter is literally micro-plastics that often contains toxic chemicals and allergens unsafe for both humans and planet. Bioglitter has replaced the plastic core with a plant-based material that breaks down naturally within 90 days, significantly reducing microplastic pollution.

Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond our product ingredients:

• They are all 100% vegan and cruelty-free formulations
• Plastic-free packaging like FSC certified materials, and recyclable glass/aluminum
• We only use eco-friendly ingredients and materials, and source only certified Bioglitter™ for high biodegradability standards

We’re proud to be stocked in over 150 stores across Norway and Europe, and to have partnerships with major Nordic online retailers. As leaders in sustainable party cosmetics, we’re now setting our sights on both expanding in Europe and to enter U.S. markets, bringing our eco-friendly sparkle to a global audience and all eco-conscious glitter lovers.
